處理附件的方法？

1.另立款目
2.採用多層著錄法
3.在附註項裡說明其關係
4.在稽核項的最後一個細目著錄其 physical units 及附件的名稱

必要時, 著錄附件之稽核事宜;
資料類型標示、稽核項及附註項共同處理作品的物理狀態。

連續性出版品
◎定義
A publication in any medium(任何媒體) issued in successive parts bearing numeric or chronological designations and intended to be continued indefinitely. Serials include periodicals;newspapers;annuals(report,yearbook,etc.)the journals,memories,proceedings, transactions,etc. of societies and numbered monographic series.
它的構成要素有三:
1.已連續方式分批出版
2.載有編號或年代日期
3.意圖永遠繼續出版

期刊 periodicals
A kind of serial that has a distinctive title and that is issued more frequently than once a year and that regular intervals, with each issue containing articles by several contributions.
非期刊 Non-periodical
All other forms of serials, such as yearbooks,annuals,memories（傳記）,transactions and proceedings of societies,and any series catloged together inatead of separately.
-monograph is a nonserial item

1974年以前的英美編目規則, 把 plate當作插圖的一部份, 現在則當作頁數的一部份

盲人用書Braille

俗稱點字，點字都是單面 jumbo braile 大的點字 press braile

印刷的點字大字本：

將報紙、書、字體調大 因為老人眼花，使老人不用放大鏡 342p.(large print) 在頁數後特別說明 此項在高廣尺寸看得出來

附件四種處理方法, 任選其一 :

1. 另立款目

2.採用多層著錄法

3.在附註項裡說明其關係 Accompanied by filmstrip entitled: Mexico and Central America.

4.在稽核項的最後一個細目著錄其 physical units 及附件的名稱;200 p. : ill. ; 25 cm. + 2 computer
disks必要時, 著錄附件之稽核事宜;1 filmstrip (70 fr.) : col. ; 35 mm. + 1 v. (39 p. ; 22 cm.)

一、稽核項有四個細目:
1. 數量單位
2. 插圖及其他稽核細節
3. 高廣、 尺寸
4. 附件

二、數量單位：
書：面或頁
地圖：幅、冊或其他

三、單位名稱：
中國編目規則有很多種名稱，圖書館稱它為「面（葉）數、冊數或其他單位」
面：雙面印刷，ｐａｇｅ
葉：字同頁（但不能用那個字），ｓｈｅｅｔ

所有書藉頁碼都是8的倍數
