1.另立款目
2.採用多層著錄法
3.在附註項裡說明其關係
4.在稽核項的最後一個細目著錄其 physical units 及附件的名稱

必要時, 著錄附件之稽核事宜;
資料類型標示、稽核項及附註項共同處理作品的物理狀態。

連續性出版品
◎定義
A publication in any medium(任何媒體) issued in successive parts bearing numeric or chronological designations and intended to be continued indefinitely. Serials include periodicals;newspapers;annuals(report,yearbook,etc.)the journals,memories,proceedings, transactions,etc. of societies and numbered monographic series.
它的構成要素有三:
1.已連續方式分批出版
2.載有編號或年代日期
3.意圖永遠繼續出版

期刊 periodicals
A kind of serial that has a distinctive title and that is issued more frequently than once a year and that regular intervals, with each issue containing articles by several contributions.
非期刊 Non-periodical
All other forms of serials, such as yearbooks,annuals,memories（傳記）,transactions and proceedings of societies,and any series catloged together inatead of separately.
-monograph is a nonserial item
